This privacy policy discloses our practices regarding information collection and usage for ( “Website”) and the services provided on the Website (“ Services ”).  We respect your privacy. If you book an appointment on Crely or opt-in during the registration process or at other times when you submit personal information, the information you provide may be used by third-party marketing companies to assist us in hosting and storing your data who may from time to time assist in the maintenance and analysis of that data, and you may receive communications from Crely or such third-party companies. If you prefer not to receive such opt-in communications, please do not opt-in to receive these communications.

Except as otherwise stated herein, we will never provide your personal information to third parties for their use in marketing their products or services to you without your consent. If you book an appointment on Crely or specifically opt-in and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications, see the section “choice/opt out” below.

The Website may integrate with social networking sites.  You understand that we do not control such sites and are not liable for the manner in which they operate.  While we may provide you with the ability to use such sites in connection with our Website, we are doing so merely as an accommodation and, like you, are relying upon those third party sites to operate properly and fairly.
